What we believe

Employees are already teaching AI how their company works. They write the prompts, paste the context, and refine the workflows that make AI useful. The problem is that this knowledge lives in private chats. It does not become company memory, so the same work gets reinvented again and again, and leaders cannot see which AI usage is actually improving the business.

knacks exists to close that gap. We think the right unit is not a chatbot or a prompt library, but a governed company skill: a reusable AI workflow with an owner, context, examples, permissions, and quality checks. That is what lets useful AI work compound into shared operating leverage instead of staying trapped in individual experimentation.

Who builds knacks

knacks is built by two co-founders who have worked hands-on with the teams that actually run AI in production.

  • Nathan Van de Ridder, co-founder, leads go-to-market and AI systems. His work building AI into how B2B companies operate is where knacks started: seeing how much valuable AI knowledge employees create, and how little of it ever becomes durable company capability.
  • Vincent Cazenave, co-founder, leads product and engineering. He builds the platform that turns reviewed workflows into governed, reusable company skills.

The focus is practical. knacks is built for the messy reality of enterprise AI adoption, where useful patterns start privately and the company needs a clean path to turn the best ones into reviewed, reusable standards.
